RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PREPARATION OF DISHES AT HIS/HERS ASSIGNED STATION. IN CHARGE OF ORDERING AND STOCK LEVEL CONTROL OF THE PROVISIONS NEEDED IN HIS/HER AREA QUALITY CONTROL AND CONSTANT IMPROVEMENTS WHERE NECESSARY. WORK IN ACCORDANCE WIHT ALL RELEVANT SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL AS WELL AS HYGIENE REGULATIONS (HACCP) IN HIS/HER AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH SPECIAL ATTENDANCE TO FOOD INFORMATION AND LABELING REGULATIONS. IN CHARGE OF CAREFUL HANDLING OF ALL EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY IN HIS AREA. ASSISTS WHEREVER HELP IS REQUIRED.FOLLOW UP THE HYGIENE ROLLS
Περιγραφή Υποψηφίου QUALIFIED TRAINING (DIPLOMA) AS PATISSIER MINIMUM RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE 3 YEARS, IN A PATISSERIE, IN A HOTEL OR RESTAURANT OF (IDEALLY) ONBOARD A CRUISE SHIP. FLUENT IN SPOKEN ENGLISH AND/OR GERMAN, DEPENDING ON THE VESSEL. GOOD EDUCATIONAL BACKROUND
